Top Reiter's rain blanket with removable neck piece is waterproof, windproof and breathable and made of 600 denier polyester rip-stop fabric. The outer shell is durable and perfect for unpleasant weather, while the fleece lining is nice and warming.

  • Features: Includes cross surcingles, separate hind leg straps, double chest closures, and a detachable neck piece with elastic Velcro fastenings and three additional snap fasteners for secure fit without restricting movement.
